Ingredients
- Processed cheese : 4 pieces (60g)
- 牛乳 : 50ml
- ラカント : 30g
- ヨーグルト(無糖) : 100g
- 卵 : 1個

                        Cut the processed cheese into small pieces by hand in a bowl. 
 Add milk and heat in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
 Mix well with a mixer while hot to melt the cheese.
 Add lacanto, yogurt, and eggs in that order, and mix well each time.

 Pour 1 dough into the mold.

                            ・ You can make about 4 8cm cocotte types with this recipe.
・ Baby cheese is used for processed cheese.
・ Yogurt uses parteno (unsweetened). Oikos and other Greek yogurts can be used as a substitute. Since the total amount of Oikos is 113g, reduce it a little and use it.
・ If the cheese is difficult to melt in step 1, heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
・ You may use your favorite sweeteners other than Lacanto, but do not use liquid sweeteners because they become watery.
