Ingredients

  • Egg white : 1 piece

  • (B) Mascarpone cheese : 200g
  • (B) Sweetened condensed milk : 15g
  • (B) Vanilla extract : 小さじ1/2
  • (C) Fresh cream : 200ml
  • (C) Granulated sugar : 20g
  • ココアパウダー : 適量
  • さくらんぼ : 適量
  • ブルーベリー : 適量
  • ミント : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Make meringue 00:01

    Put egg whites in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
    Add granulated sugar (for meringue) in 3 portions and mix each time.

    Put egg yolk in 1 and mix with a hand mixer.
    Sift the cake flour and mix with a rubber spatula.
    Put it in a piping bag.

    Bake at 190 degrees for 6-7 minutes in a preheated oven.
    Remove from the top plate and let it cool.

    表面を擦り切る。

    ココアパウダーを振りかける。
    さくらんぼ、ブルーベリー、ミントを乗せる。
