Ingredients

- 加糖練乳 : 大さじ3(60g)
- Dry yeast : 小さじ1(3g)
- 牛乳 : 140ml
- 強力粉 : カップ2(300g)
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2(3g)
- 無塩バター : 大さじ2(28g)

Put eggs, sweetened condensed milk, dry yeast and milk in a bowl and mix lightly with a spatula, then add strong flour and salt and mix.

When the dough comes together, knead it by hand. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes when it is no longer in your hands.

Transfer the dough to a table, knead the unsalted butter in the center, and knead it by hand until it becomes smoother. After shaping it into a round shape, cover it with a ball and leave it for 1 hour.

Flatten the fermented dough and cut into 6 equal parts. Make 6 pieces by forming the outer dough into a round shape while moving it to the center. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes.

Flatten the fermented dough and then stretch it with a cotton swab to make a rectangle. Roll from one side and stretch into a roll rod. Similarly, make 6 roll rods and arrange them in a mold. Wrap and leave for 50 minutes.

発酵した生地の表面に溶き卵をハケで塗り、170度に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。

焼きあがったパンの表面に無塩バターもしくは練乳を塗って完成。
Point
・動画では金型サイズは20x20cmを使用している。
・オーブンは170度で約20分焼く。
・無糖練乳を使用する場合は砂糖25gを追加する。
・焼きあがった後、表面にバターかコンデンスミルクを塗ると良い。
