Ingredients

  • Eggplant : 5 pieces (about 350g)
  • ピーマン : 2個(約40g)
  • にんじん : 1/4個(約50g)

  • 水 : 大さじ2
  • 卵黄 : 1個

  • サラダ油 : 大さじ3

・ Eggplant absorbs oil, so add more oil when frying.
