- (B) Sake : 大さじ3
- (B) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- 酢 : 大さじ2

Prepare pork ribs

Cut the pork ribs into 0.7 cm width.

Put (A) and knead.
Add potato starch and mix. -

Cut bamboo shoots into 3-4 equal parts.
Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.

Cut the red and yellow paprika in half and remove the seeds.
Cut into small pieces.
Peel the carrots and chop them into smaller pieces.
Put the carrots in a container and cover with plastic wrap.
