- クリームチーズ : 200g
- 生クリーム : 200g
- (B) 甜菜糖 : 70g
- (A) 甜菜糖 : 10g
- hot water : 180g
- ココアパウダー (無糖) : 適量

Boil black tea

Boil water in a pan, soak a tea bag and simmer for 2 minutes.
Steam for 5 minutes, remove the tea leaves, and mix with the sugar beet sugar from (A). -

Mix cheese and sugar

Mix the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sugar beet sugar from (B) and mix until the powder is gone. -

Whisk cream

Apply fresh cream to ice water and whisk until horns are formed.
Add fresh cream to 2 little by little and mix each time. -

Spread sponge dough on the container, apply 1 and spread 3.
Repeat the same process and chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Sprinkle cocoa powder all over and you're done.
Point
・ A 15 cm square container is recommended.
・ Earl Gray tea is recommended for tea bags.
-The sponge cloth may be a commercially available one.
