Ingredients

  • Cream cheese : 150g
  • egg : 3個
  • drained yogurt : 1個(110g)
  • sweetener : 大さじ3
  • Okara powder (you can also use rice flour, wheat flour, potato starch, cornstarch, etc.) : 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp if using powder other than okara powder)

Procedure

・You can make a light cheesecake by using 100g of cottage cheese + 50g of cream cheese instead of 150g of cream cheese.
・If using cottage cheese, add 2 tablespoons of powder other than okara powder.
・Because okara powder absorbs water easily and has a strong aroma, use half the amount of other powders.
・When combining the dough and meringue, lift the whipper from the bottom and mix so as not to crush the meringue too much.
・In order to bring out the height of the cheesecake, it is good to use a 3-cup rice cooker.
・If you remove the heat in the kettle for about 1 hour before removing it to a plate, it will be a beautiful finish.
