Ingredients
- Pork sesame : 200g
- (B) Liquor : 1 tablespoon
- (B) Katakuriko : 1 tablespoon
- (B) salt and pepper : a little
- lotus root : 150g
- Starch : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Mirin : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Vinegar : 2 teaspoons
- (A) sugar : 小さじ2
- いりごま : 適量
- サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

Peel the lotus root and cut into 1 cm wide half moons.
Soak in water for about 5 minutes to remove harshness. -

Roll into bite-sized balls. -

Put the drained 1 and potato starch in a bag, and sprinkle the potato starch all over.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and bake the lotus root.
When it gets browned, turn it over, cover with a lid and steam-grill for 1 minute and 30 seconds. -
