- rice : 2 go
- Pork sesame : 200g
- Carrots : One
- Maitake : 1 pack (150g )
- Firm tofu : 1 piece (350g)
- Shiitake mushrooms : Two
- Sesame oil : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Soy sauce : 3 tablespoons
- (A) Liquor : 3 tablespoons
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sugar : 3 tablespoons
- (A) Salted kelp : 大さじ1
- (A) dried bonito : 2.5g

Cook the rice slightly hard.
Mix (A) to make a combined seasoning. -

Cut the pork sesame into small pieces, cut the carrots into 2-3 mm ginkgo pieces, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into cubes.
Loosen the maitake mushrooms with your hands. -

Add firm tofu to an unheated frying pan while crushing it with your hands.
Turn on the heat and fry while evaporating the moisture. -

When the moisture comes out of the firm tofu, add the carrots and stir-fry further, then add the shiitake and maitake mushrooms.
When the water evaporates, add the sesame oil and the pork sesame meat. -

Point
・It has a sweet flavor, so if you want to reduce the sweetness, you can reduce it to 1 and 1/2 tbsp.
・The carrots are not peeled in the video, but you can peel them if you're concerned.
・Firm tofu can be used without draining water.
・Put the mixed seasoning in the space created by moving the ingredients to the edge, and mix after boiling down a little.
