Rinse the cabbage under running water, drain and remove the core.
Divide into several pieces and cut into strips.
Place the chopped cabbage in a large bowl.
Add (A) to the bowl with the cabbage, rub it all over, and let it sit for about 15 minutes. -

・If you like it sweeter, you can add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the sauce.
・If you use apple cider vinegar, you can use Western-style vinegared cabbage with 10g of parmesan cheese instead of bonito flakes.
