- さつまいも : 500ｇ

Peel off the skin of the washed sweet potato sprouts with a peeler and make a striped pattern.
Cut off the ends and slice into rounds (or chunks) to a uniform size.
Soak in water for about 5 minutes to remove bitterness.
Slice the onions along the grain.
Cut the ham into the size you like.
Put the sweet potatoes in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave (600W) for 6 minutes.
Add butter and oil to a frying pan and heat.
Fry the onions and ham over medium heat and sprinkle the onions with salt.
