Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Pour the egg yolk into the chocolate and mix well.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form a meringue.
Mix the meringue into the chocolate in 3 batches. -

Point
・If the chocolate is too hot, the egg yolk will harden, so be careful.
・When adding the meringue to the chocolate, mix well the first time, and then cut the rest so as not to crush the bubbles.
・Spread a cooking sheet in the heat-resistant container.
・Once you put the dough in the container, remove the air lightly.
・Stick a toothpick into the dough so that it doesn't stick.
