Ingredients

Cut the pork belly to a suitable size.

Sprinkle lard in a hot frying pan, and when the lard melts, add pork belly and roast. Use kitchen paper to remove excess fat. When all sides are browned, remove from the frying pan and rinse with lukewarm water.

Apply pressure and heat for about 20 minutes. After heating, turn off the heat and leave for 15 minutes until the pressure is released. After a while, remove the lid, light it again, and boil it lightly.
