  • (A) water : 100ml
  • 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1(3g)
  • ごま油 : 小さじ2
  • 三つ葉 : 適量
  • めんつゆ : 適量

Procedure

    豆腐に合わせ調味料をかける。
    蓋をして火加減を弱めにする。
    沸かして豆腐に火を通す。

    三つ葉にめんつゆをかける。
    5をお皿に盛る。
    三つ葉を乗せて完成。

Point
