- (A)水 : 1500ml
- (A)塩 : 大さじ1
- (B) mayonnaise : 大さじ3
- (B) Mustard : 小さじ1
- (B) Vinegar : 大さじ1

- 塩コショウ : 適量
- イタリアンパセリ : 適量

Remove the well-washed potato sprouts and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Put 1 and (A) in a pot and heat it over high heat. When it boils, reduce the heat.
Remove the scum and boil over low heat for 15 minutes.
Once the potatoes are soft, drain and transfer to a bowl. -

2を形が残る程度に潰したら(B)を入れよく混ぜる。
塩コショウで味を整え、みじん切りにしたイタリアンパセリを混ぜたら完成。
Point
・The amount for two people is introduced in the video.
・Since new potatoes have soft skins, I use them with the skins on in the video, but I recommend peeling the skins off when using regular potatoes.
・When cutting potatoes, remove the discolored parts.
・After seasoning in step 2, taste and adjust the intensity of the flavor to your liking with salt and pepper.
・You can omit the Italian parsley if you like.
