- Granulated sugar : 40g

- Cake flour : 80g
- Matcha : 1 tsp
- Chocolate chips : Number of cookies

When it gets thick, sift half the amount of cake flour and matcha and mix with a rubber spatula. Add milk and mix, sift the remaining flour, mix and place in a piping bag.

Place a parchment paper on the top plate and squeeze it to a diameter of 2.5 to 3 cm. Place chocolate chips on top and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 12 minutes to complete.
