- サラダ油 : 適量
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)にんにくチューブ : 小さじ1
- (A)生姜チューブ : 小さじ1
- (A)和風顆粒だし : ひとつまみ

Procedure

Prepare the burdock

Wash the burdock and peel off the skin.
10 cm long and cut into quarters lengthwise.
Soak in water (not listed) for 5 minutes. -

ごぼうの水気をよく切り、2の中に入れ30秒揉み込む。
バットに片栗粉を敷き、ごぼうに薄くまぶす。 -
