Ingredients
- corned beef : 1/2 can (40g)
- トマト缶 : 1/2缶(190g)
- コーン缶 : 1/2缶(60g)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- water (for curry) : 150ml
- カレールー : 2かけら(2皿分)
- Butter (for frying) : 10g
- 塩 : 適量
- おろしニンニク : 適量
- パセリ : 適量
- rice : 1 go
- water (for rice) : 220ml
- バター(仕上げ用) : 適量

Add rice and water (for rice) to the mestin.
Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Open the pocket stove and place the solid fuel.
Light the fire and put Mestin on it.
When the fire goes out, wrap the mestin in a towel and steam it for about 30 minutes. -

Peel the onion and cut it in half.

Heat a frying pan over low heat and add the butter (for frying) to melt.
Add the onion, grated garlic, and salt and sauté until it turns brown.
Lower the heat to medium-low and add the canned tomatoes.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add water (for curry) and corned beef, and loosen the corned beef.
Simmer for 5 minutes while removing the scum.
Turn off the heat and add canned corn and curry roux.
Melt the curry roux.
Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes while stirring.
Add butter (for finishing), melt and mix. -
