- 卵 : 1個
- 牛乳 : 100ml
- バター : 10g程度
- メープルシロップ : 適量

Put hot cake mix, beaten eggs and milk in a bowl.
Mix 10 times with a whipper.
Scoop with a rubber spatula and let the lumps of flour blend in. -

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cover with a wet cloth.
Heat over low heat and divide 1 into 3 equal parts.
Bake on low heat for 6 minutes.
Flip over when browned.
Bake for about 2 minutes. -

Serve

Turn off the heat in step 2 and serve on a plate.
Finished with butter and maple syrup.
Point
・The amount is about 1-2 servings.
・I use a 27 cm frying pan.
・It is fine if the dough has lumps.
・When mixing 10 times with a whipper, move it around a lot to drop the dough.
・In step 2, if you stick a bamboo skewer or chopsticks after baking and the raw dough doesn't stick to it, it's an indication of completion.
・If you like, you can add whipped cream, fruit, or pudding when serving.
