・If you don't have tamari soy sauce, you can use soy sauce instead. It is recommended to use tamari soy sauce as it makes it easier to bring out the authentic taste.
・ After cutting the potatoes, soak them in water.
・The seeds of red chili peppers have a pungent taste, so if you don't like it, you don't have to add them. You can omit the red pepper itself.
・You can adjust the cooking time of the potatoes to your liking.
