Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh (for fried chicken) : 300g

  • (A) grated ginger : 1片
  • (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1

Procedure

・The seeds of red chili peppers have a pungent taste, so if you don't like it, you don't have to add them. You can omit the red pepper itself.
