- ニンニク : 2片
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ6(90ml)
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ3(45ml)
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ2(30ml)
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ2(30ml)
- (A) bean sauce : 小さじ1/2
- white sesame : 大さじ2

Put (A) in a heat-resistant bowl and mix.
Heat in the microwave to evaporate the alcohol. -
