- (A) Bacon (1.5 cm wide cut) : Three
- (B) Water : 4 cups (800cc)
- (B) Canned tomatoes : 1 can (400g)
- (B) Consomme : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Tomato ketchup : 6 tbsp
- (B) Sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Pepper : a little
- Grated garlic : 1 tsp
- Olive oil : 1 tsp
- parsley : as you like

Cut each vegetable into 1.5 cm cubes.
Cut the bacon into 1.5 cm wide pieces. -

Put bacon in a 26 cm deep pan, add olive oil and heat on medium heat.
