Sift the cake flour and baking powder and mix. -

Cut the banana in half vertically and horizontally. -

フライパンを弱火にかけて、バターを入れて溶かす。
バターが溶けたら砂糖を加えて1分ほど加熱後、火を止める。
すぐに半分に切ったバナナを並べる。
上から混ぜた生地を流し入れる。
ふたをして、極弱火で20分ほど焼く。
別のフライパンにひっくり返し、火が通るまで焼くいて完成。
Point
・Use a 15 cm frying pan.
・Coconut oil tends to harden when it cools down, so bring milk and eggs to room temperature or heat them gently.
・While adding the cake flour and baking powder, mix until the flouriness disappears, but be careful not to mix too much.
・In step 2, if you only have one frying pan, you can use a pot.
