- 氷砂糖 : 約500〜1000g
- ブランデー : 1800ml

Wash the plums and drain them in a colander.
Remove the stem of the plum with a bamboo skewer.
Wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper. -

Put plums and rock sugar in a storage jar alternately 3-4 times.
Add brandy.
At first, turn the storage jar upside down once every few days to distribute the rock sugar.
Completed after 3 months.
Point
・I use a 4L storage bottle.
・You can use either ripe plums or unripe plums.
・Adjust the amount of rock sugar to your liking.
・Wash, sterilize, and dry the storage jars.
・When you alternately put plums and rock sugar in a storage jar 3-4 times, rock rock sugar should be on top.
