ボウルに卵を割り入れ、(A)を加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。

フライパンに油を引いて火にかけ、1を入れて炒める。
軽く焼き色が付いたら端に寄せて、空いたスペースに2を加えて混ぜるように炒め炒り卵を作る。
卵が固まったら全体を混ぜ合わせ、(B)を加えて炒めたら完成。
