Ingredients
- Enoki : 1 bag
- Minced pork : 100g
- onion : 1/2 piece
- oil : 1 tablespoon
- water : 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce : 1 and a half tbsp
- Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- Liquor : 1 tablespoon
- sugar : 8 tbsp
- Grated ginger : 1 tsp
- potato starch : 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame oil : 1 tsp
- Black pepper : Appropriate amount

Slice the onion into 2mm widths.
Remove the enoki mushrooms and separate them. -

Make sauce

Add water, oyster sauce, sake, soy sauce, sugar, grated ginger, and potato starch to a bowl and mix well.

Fry the ingredients

Add oil and minced meat to a frying pan and fry.
When the minced meat is cooked for 80%, add the onion and fry.
When the onions become transparent, add the enoki mushrooms and fry.
When the oil is completely sprinkled, add the sauce from 2) and fry while stirring quickly.
Sprinkle in sesame oil and sprinkle with black pepper to complete.
Point
・ Grated ginger has a better flavor when grated raw, but commercially available tubes are also acceptable.
・ Black pepper is delicious with or without sprinkling as you like.
・ Finally, sprinkle all-purpose onions for a colorful finish.
