Ingredients
- (B) melon syrup : 40ml
- (B) water : 80ml
- (A) Powdered gelatin : 2g
- (A) hot water : 大さじ1

Procedure

Make melon flavored jelly

Put (A) in a small bowl, mix for about 30 seconds, and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
Place (B) in a heat-resistant container with a spout and heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the warm syrup and mix.
Pour it so that it is about 1.5 cm from the bottom of the container, and when it cools down firmly, cool it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. -

Make yogurt flavored jelly

Put (C) in another small bowl, mix for 30 seconds, and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
Place a heat-resistant bowl on a bowl of hot water (not listed), add yogurt to drink, and heat while mixing.
Remove from the hot water bath, add the dissolved gelatin and mix.
Add to the container from step 1 and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. -

Remove the seeds and skin from the watermelon, put it in a bowl, and mix it with a hand blender until it becomes foamy.

Add (E) and mix, then add a small amount of the mixture to the melted gelatin and mix.
Microwave at 600W for 20 seconds, mix, add back to the stirred watermelon and mix well. -

Point
・Five 150ml containers are used.
・Take yogurt out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before using.
・Drinking yogurt can be substituted with milk or lactic acid beverage. If using milk, adjust the sweetness to your liking.
・Use a black chocolate pen. A brown one is also possible.
・Use watermelon after returning it to room temperature.
・The temperature of the hot water to be boiled in step 2 should be about 70 to 80 degrees.
・When adding to the container in step 2, add about 2 tablespoons.
・If you don't have a hand blender in step 4, crush it with a fork and strain it.
・Taste and adjust the sweetness before putting it in the container in step 4.
