When the green onions are roasted, set them aside on a plate.
After removing excess oil with kitchen paper, add the sauce from 2), put back the green onions that have been set aside, and fry.
When it gets thicker, it's done!
Point
Soy sauce 2: sake 2: mirin 2: sugar 1 is the golden ratio of sauce. In the case of ginger, keep the ratio as it is and reduce the sugar.
If a little water comes out on the surface of yellowtail, wipe it off with kitchen paper. By doing this, the fishy smell of yellowtail disappears.
