- (A) Red miso : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Sweetener : 小さじ2
- 万能ねぎ : 適量
- 白いりごま : 適量

Heat in a 600W microwave oven for 45 seconds without wrapping. -

Cut tofu and serve

Wipe off the moisture from the grilled tofu with kitchen paper.
Cut into desired size.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with 1, and finish with white sesame seeds and all-purpose green onions.
Point
・Grilled tofu is about 320g for 3 people.
・Use non-carbohydrate cooking sake.
・Use sweeteners that are sugar-free and in liquid form.
・When mixing in step 1, mix until the red miso dissolves.
・When wiping off the moisture from the grilled tofu in step 2, wipe it off by wrapping it in kitchen paper on the cutting board.
