  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (A)Mirin : 大さじ2
  • ニンニク : 1/5 teaspoon
  • (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1~2

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the tofu 01:57

    Wrap tofu in kitchen paper.
    Place the bowl upside down in a heatproof bowl and place the tofu on top.
