- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ2

- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1~2

Prepare the tofu

Wrap tofu in kitchen paper.
Place the bowl upside down in a heatproof bowl and place the tofu on top.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
Prepare a bat with a net on it and place the tofu on it.
Place a vat and a bowl containing 300g of water (not listed) on top of the tofu and let it drain for 10 minutes. -

Grate the garlic into a bowl, then add (A) and mix.
Tear the tofu from step 1 and add it to the sauce, then marinate for 10 to 20 minutes.
Drain the liquid in a colander.
Sprinkle potato starch on tofu. -

・One piece of tofu is 260g.
