- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- (A)Yuzu pepper : 小さじ1/2
- (A)Olive oil : 大さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1強

Place onions in a heat-resistant container and heat in a 600W microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute.
Add (A), mix and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. -

Point
・Use your favorite sashimi.
・When heating the onions in step 1, do not wrap them.
・If you don't like yuzu pepper, you can omit it.
