Ingredients
- Nagaimo : 200g
- 長ネギ : 10cm
- ginger : 10g
- oil : 適量
- (A)Water : 大さじ1
- (A) Alcohol : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
- (A) Chicken soup base : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)Oyster sauce : 1 teaspoon
- (B) Sesame oil : a little
- (B) Vinegar : a little
- green onion : Appropriate amount

Using a scrubbing brush, wash the yam thoroughly under running water (not listed).
Gently remove the roots of the nagaimo with a peeler.
Cut the yam into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Crush the ginger with the back of a knife and roughly chop. -

Heat a frying pan and pour oil to about 1cm from the bottom.
Put the yam in a frying pan and fry for 2 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
Remove the yam and oil from the frying pan.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of oil to the frying pan and fry the green onions and ginger over low heat.
Add Step 2, turn up the heat to high, and add the Japanese yam and stir-fry.
Add (B), mix, and turn off the heat. -

Point
・You can also roast the roots of the Japanese yam on a burner.
・Be careful not to chop the ginger too finely, as it will burn easily.
・Adjust the amount of chicken soup base depending on the manufacturer.
-If you like it spicy, you can add chili peppers or sliced chili peppers when adding the green onions and ginger in step 3.
・You can also add shiso leaves to finish.
