もち米 : 2合
うるち米 : 2合
さつまいも : 1本(400g)
酒 : 小さじ4
白だし醤油 : 小さじ4
無塩バター : 10g
ゴマ塩 : 適量

Procedure

1) 下ごしらえをする 01:42
もち米とうるち米を研いで30分浸水させる。
さつまいもを1cm角に切って水にさらす。
2) 炊き込む 03:20
炊飯器に米を入れ、酒、白だし醤油を加え、水を4合の目盛りまで入れて混ぜる。
さつまいもを加え、炊飯する。
3) 仕上げる 05:00
炊き上がったらしゃもじで切るように混ぜる。
バターを加えて混ぜる。
4) 盛り付ける 05:36
お茶碗に盛り付けてゴマ塩を振ったら完成。

Point
