- cup vanilla ice cream : 1 piece

Put a cup of vanilla ice cream in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to melt it.
Mix with a rubber spatula.
Add pancake mix and mix.
Cut the chocolate in half and mix. -

Place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cut the cocoa cookies in half.
