Ingredients

- Konjac : 1 sheet

- Light soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- Dark soy sauce : 2 tablespoons

- Silk pod : Your favorite amount

Place the chicken skin down in a frying pan and bake only one side until the skin is crispy. -

Peel and chop burdock roots, carrots, and lotus roots, and expose burdock roots and lotus roots to water. Remove the silk pods, cut the konjac into small pieces with a spoon, and remove the shiitake mushrooms that have been rehydrated in lukewarm water and cut them in two. Cut the chicken into pieces that are easy to eat.

Put all the vegetables except silk pods in a pan, pour the soup stock and the reconstituted dried shiitake mushrooms, cover with a lid and boil over high heat, then lower to medium heat, add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, and soy sauce for 5 minutes. After adding mirin, add chicken and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the broth is about 2/3, and let it cool for 2 to 3 hours to add flavor.

Reheat when eating. Boil down the juice while sprinkling it on the vegetables. Serve on a plate and add silk pods.
Point
Cut both ends of the taro and heat it in the microwave at 500w for 5 minutes to easily peel it.
Peel the burdock as if scraping it with the back of a kitchen knife.
Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. (Not included in the required time).
Save the dried shiitake mushroom juice as it will be used when boiling.
If you want to eat it immediately, add chicken and simmer for 20 minutes. If you want to eat it after waiting for 1 day, simmer for about 15 minutes.
It takes time, but if you cool it slowly, it tastes good and you can enjoy it deliciously.
