  • (A)グラニュー糖 : 100g
  • (A)塩 : 10g
  • はちみつ : 大さじ2
  • 炭酸水 : 適量

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:28

    レモンに塩を付けてこすり、汚れを浮かしてから水で洗い流す。
    (A)を入れて均一になるように混ぜ合わせる。
    レモンの両端を切り落とし、3~5mmのスライスに切る。

  2. 2) 漬ける 02:20

    Place 4-5 lemon slices in a clean jar.
    Pour 1/3 of the (A) mixture on top.
    Then, layer the lemon and mixture (A) on top repeatedly.
    Once everything is in the jar, pour honey on top.
    Cap the jar and leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. 3) 混ぜる 04:00

    冷蔵庫から取り出して均一になるように混ぜる。
    冷蔵庫で1時間置く。

  4. 4) 割る 04:47

    グラスの上部を湿らせて塩を付ける。
    グラスに氷(分量外)、レモン一枚、漬け込んで出てきたシロップをスプーンに2杯入れる。
    炭酸水で割って完成。
