- Soy milk : 100g
- Millet sugar : 100g
- Vanilla extract (for donuts) : 2 tsp
- Flax seed : 3 tbsp
- Cake flour : 300g
- Baking powder : 1 tsp
- Cacao butter : 100g
- Cocoa powder : 80g

Put coconut oil in a bowl and dissolve, then combine soy milk, millet sugar and vanilla extract. Add the blender-fine flour, cake flour, and baking powder, stir well with a spatula, and knead lightly by hand at the end.
