Ingredients
- egg : Four
- sugar : 70g
- Sugar (for meringue) : 70g
- Cake flour : 90g
- oil : 20g
- milk : 30g

Mix yolk and sugar

Divide 4 eggs into yolk and egg white.
Add sugar to the yolks and mix well until white. -

Add sugar to the egg whites in 3 portions and whisk with a hand mixer.

Add a small amount of meringue to 1 and let it blend in.
Combine with the rest of the meringue and mix gently without crushing the meringue.
Sift 90g of cake flour and mix gently.
Add oil and milk and mix with a spatula. -

Cook rice once or twice with normal rice cooking.
