Ingredients
- Agar powder : 4g
- sugar : 300g
- water : 200cc
- Food coloring (red, yellow, blue) : a little

Make colored water

Prepare three containers and dissolve the food coloring in water (not included in the amount).

Make agar solution

Put water and agar powder in a pan, heat and mix well with a spatula until it boils.
When it boils, add sugar, bring to a boil again, and mix to dissolve. -

Color the agar solution

Pour the agar solution into the vat.
Use a spoon to drop the colored water into the agar solution, and mix gently with a toothpick.
Refrigerate and harden. -

Cut and dry

When it cools and hardens, cut it to the size you like or tear it by hand.
Arrange them on the top plate with a cooking sheet.
Leave it in a well-ventilated place for about 1 hour to dry.

・ Please note that the agar powder will not harden unless it is melted and partitioned.
・ If you shave the solidified agar solution on the edge of the bat and insert a knife, it will be easier to remove.
・ It is easier to work by cutting the solidified agar solution on a cooking sheet.
