  • Pork loin (sliced) : 7 sheets

  • Cucumber : Half
  • lettuce : Several sheets

  • Tofu : 1 small pack

  • Ponzu sauce : Appropriate amount
  • Black pepper : a little
  • Minced chicken : 100g
  • Fried tofu : Three
