Ingredients
- Cotton tofu : 1/2 chome
- Cake flour : Appropriate amount
- Fried oil : Appropriate amount
- Daikon radish : 80g
- Red pepper : One
- Green onion : About 10 cm
- (A) Dashi soup : 100cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon

Prepare tofu

Cut the tofu into 4 equal parts.
Heat in the microwave for 4 minutes and drain. -

Make grated Japanese radish

Make a hole in the radish, insert the red pepper and grate it with a grated radish.
Cut the green onions into small pieces. -

Sprinkle the tofu with flour

Wipe off the water from the tofu with kitchen paper.
Put in a bag containing cake flour, shake and sprinkle on the whole. -

・ By heating in the microwave for 4 minutes, draining work can be done without hassle.
・ Commercially available grated Japanese radish can be used. However, the flavor is lost.
・ When sprinkling cake flour in a bag, it can be sprinkled on the whole by soaking the bag with air.
・ Sprinkle the cake flour just before frying.
