Ingredients
- rice : 1 bowl
- Tuna fence (for sashimi) : 100g
- Natto (also using the included sauce) : 1 pack
- avocado : 1/4 piece
- Macrophyll : 2 sheets
- (A) Mentsuyu (double concentrated)) : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- egg yolk : 1 piece
- White sesame : Appropriate amount

Peel and diced the seeded avocado.
Cut off the stem of the perilla and cut it into small pieces.
Cut the tuna into cubes. -
