- Cold rice : 1 set
- Bitter gourd : 10g
- pineapple : 10g
- bacon : 5g
- onion : 30g
- ketchup : 40g
- egg : 2 pieces
- milk : 1 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter : 10g
- salt : a little
- Pepper : a little

Heat butter (half the amount) in a frying pan, add bacon, onions, pineapple and bitter melon over medium heat, fry and lightly salt and pepper.
