Ingredients
- Cotton tofu : 300g
- Olive oil : Appropriate amount
- garlic : 4 pieces

- Round sliced pepper : Appropriate amount
- Dried parsley : Appropriate amount

                        Put the ingredients in the skillet

 Put in skillet and add sliced pepper.
 Add the drained cotton tofu while scooping it with a spoon.
 Pour olive oil to a height of about 1 cm from the bottom of the pot.

 When the whole tofu is warm, sprinkle with white tofu and heat for another 5-6 minutes.

Point
                            ・ Remove garlic sprouts because they are easy to burn.
・ Silk tofu may be used, but cotton tofu is recommended.
・ If you heat it at a high temperature, the moisture of the tofu will cause the oil to splash and it is dangerous, so heat it at 100 to 120 degrees.
