- Blue crab : 4 cups
- Ibacus shrimp : 2 cups
- (A) Tatsukuri : About 100g
- (A) Water : 1ℓ
- (A) Dried shiitake mushrooms : Six

- (A) Pear : 1/2 piece
- (A) Radish : 3 cm
- (A) Onions : 1/2 piece

- (A) Black pepper : About 5 grains
- (B) Sugar : Weak handful
- (B) Soy sauce : 500ml
- (B) Shochu : Appropriate amount
- (B) Umeshu : Appropriate amount
- Hon Mirin : Appropriate amount

- Cider : 500ml

Fry Tatsukuri in a frying pan. Cut apples, pears, and radishes into round slices, and cut onions into large pieces. Cut the green onions in half and use the white part. Slice the ginger and peel the garlic. Prepare black pepper as grains. Put (A) in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes while removing the lye.
