Ingredients

  • Pork (sliced) : 300-400g
  • salt : 3g
  • (A) Unsalted butter : 30g

  • Potatoes : 3 pieces (400g)
  • water : 900ml
  • Chicken glass soup base : 3g
  • Curry roux : 1/2 box + 2 pieces
  • oil : 2 tablespoons
  • Bay leaf : 1 sheet
  • Garlic : 1 piece
