  • (A)アーモンドプードル : 40g
  • (A)ベーキングパウダー : 小さじ1/2

  • グラニュー糖 : 100g

    (A)の粉物をあわせてふるっておき、常温に戻したバターをゴムベラで混ぜ、グラニュー糖を加えてさらによく混ぜる。
    ハンドミキサーで白っぽくなるまで、高速で5分混ぜ、常温の溶き卵を5~6回に分けて加えて混ぜる。
    粉類を加えて、ゴムベラで切るように混ぜ、潰したバナナ150gも加えて混ぜる。

  2. 2) 型に流してスライスバナナを乗せる 01:33

    型に流して、上にスライスバナナ180g分を乗せる。

  3. 3) オーブンで焼く 02:04

    170℃のオーブンで40分焼いて完成。
