Roll pork belly
Roll two pieces of pork belly (thin slices) on top of each other. Stick the pasta at the end of the roll and stop.
Peel the radish and cut it into half moons.
Bake rolled pork belly
Arrange 1 in a heated frying pan and add a brown color to the whole. Remove excess oil from pork ribs. Add sliced ginger and 2 with the skin on. Add (A) and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
