  • オイスターソース : 小さじ1/2
  • 酢 : 小さじ1/2
  • 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ半分
  • かつおの素 : 小さじ半分
  • おろしにんにく : 少々
  • おろし生姜 : 少々
  • ごま油 : 10CC
  • ブラックペッパー : 少々
  • 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量

    水溶き片栗粉を入れてとろみがついたら焼きそばをお皿に盛り付けて餡をかけて完成。

Point

・ If you don't have dried shiitake mushrooms, you can use ordinary shiitake mushrooms.
