Ingredients
- Drawn butter : 150g
- レモンの皮 : 1個分

- 塩 : 2g
- 薄力粉 : 150g

160℃のオーブンで、15~18分焼いたら完成。
Point
-Aluminum foil cups may be used as the mold.
・ Commercially available lemon zest may be used.
・ Commercially available lemon juice may be used.
・ When squeezing the dough into a muffin type, squeeze it to about 60%.
・ If you like, it is recommended to add lemon peel.
